Ghenadie studied Law at the State University of Moldova. During his studies, Ghenadie devoted a large part of his time to studying Civil Rights, and the subject of his bachelor’s thesis was none other than “The Status of the Alien and Stateless in Moldova”, a branch of legislation that was much too little studied in the past.
